SKB’s Christmas Reading List 2015

It’s that time of the year again to make reading lists, to check them twice and add on more books to read! This holiday season, I have decided to keep things simple and read a reasonable amount of books, instead of my usual overwhelming list of fifteen or twenty.

So, here they are … I’ll review each one as I finish, and will also be updating the On the Nightstand posts, as well.

Happy Holidays and Happy Reading to you all!

Compelling list you have. I’ve finally finished reading Americanah. Once I dedicated time to the book, I couldn’t put it down. I’ve enjoyed it immensely. Happy Reading!

    1. Wow, that’s great! I’m looking forward to having time to dedicate to Americanah … Not enjoying reading it in drips and drabs. What’s on your holiday reading list? Happy Reading!

My reading list is much shorter at present but I’ll be adding more as I go: Poetry, The Nightingales are drunk by Hafez. Collection of Short Stories, Love in a Blue Time by Hanif Kureishi. Novel, Song of Solomon by Toni Morrison. Collection of Essays, Here Comes the Snake…by Eric Miyeni. Memoir, Boyhood by J.M. Coetzee.
